Shisha is flavored tobbaco. Like right now I have grape and strawberry- kiwi flavors in my hookah case, but the flavors can range from those to peach, apple, margarita, mint, pina colata, coconut, and Targoul which will set your head spinning after 3 hits or so. The local shop that was taken at has 50 different flavors on their menu.

Yes it is legal, but as with all tobaco products, you must be 18. The reasons that I smoke it are that:
A. no tar.
B. only.5% nicotine.
C. You can just hang out with friends and have a nice relaxing chat.

Oh and as a note, the strong flavor is Zaghoul not Targoul >_<
