One of the guys at Spill.com (which I usually trust) gave this a lower rating because, according to him, the ending sucked. Anyone that has seen it care to comment?

I saw 9 today. It was amazing, but definitely NOT for kids. With all the horror films I watch regularly, this movie showed things that disturbed me. And in my opinion the ending didn't suck. It was sad, but at the same time had a glimmer of hope for the future. This was one of the better films of the year, easily, far more enjoyable than all the summer blockbusters of this year.

The trailer I saw on television made me think this was a video game at first, not a movie. The animation seems more on par with a video game than a movie.

I saw it the other day and I was a little disappointed. Maybe I had my hopes too high but it didnt really do anything for me.
They did manage to slip CGed decaying corpses and severed hands into the background though which was a surprise.
