Okay this is odd. It's some punk band (I really don't like the music much) but I enjoyed the video. I think it's a dog, a monkey, an alien, a ducky, a penguin or a panda, not too sure...

It's just damned funny! It's some local band. They're not bad but I'm not a big fan of punk really, unless it's really old punk and a few, few Greenday songs. (Actually the ones I like are more rock or something).
