Sorry, I gave it a shot.

I simply cannot handle when people mis-interpret my intentions (especially when they accuse me of having intentions I do not have.) I stated in my introduction that I DO NOT put hidden messages in my communications, and that I would NEVER have ill intentions towards anyone.

Obviously someone either didn't read it, forgot, or just didn't believe me.

Not my problem.


I liked the idea of coming back here, but obviously some people can't handle the truth about things, and don't like to stick to their own rules. As such, I can no longer contribute to this forum.

I have deleted my writings and most of my profile, but will leave the rest of my posts (mostly because I'm too busy to do anything about them.) If you wish to correspond with me, great. You can email me.


I will be, of course, continuing in my efforts to assist in wolf recovery, and expanding mankind's knowledge of wolves. Contributing to this little forum (in the scheme of things) has precious little effect on anything, other than trying (and obviously failing) to set some people straight on the REALITY of wolves. Unfortunately, humans will be humans, and some of them will always assume the worst about someone that they don't even know, and others will never understand that their misinformation is not just misinformation, but misinformation that leads to the deaths of wolves.

Aw man, ya shouldn't leave Being able to say what you mean is both a blessing and curse. People interpret things as they will, and I'm sure we all know that no one likes being called a liar or anything (even if they stated something that was incorrect).

You were one of the more passionate wolf lovers and while you were zealous in this love, it was in the best intentions. You have a good heart and I believe you will be missed.

I agree with you Fenrir- Push On. I know I'm one of many ignorant people here, but I'm open to what you've offered. Life's full of ignorant people and not all of them would handle it in the way it was handled here (which I think was rather well, it could've been a lot worse). Bluntness freaks people out and I'm (unfortunatly) not hardcore enough to be that blunt with people.

We all want to be right, even when we're wrong. The mods just want to keep things civil. It's part of their job. You really ought to reconsider Rex Wolf. People retaliate when they're getting shot down, it's just part of the Who's Right Fight.

I think he's gone for good he won't answer don't even think he cares what people had to say about him he just of and left.
He reminds me of the how superman thinks people are altogether weak and fearfull and he shows this in he's identity of clark kent, who always runs away and hides and is altogether rude sometimes.

I dont like not being liked, or losing someone.

I figured he probably wouldn't see what I posted. I was being hopeful that he'd look to see what others said.

Actually, this leaving thing reminds me of me when I get extremely depressed Fortuneatly though, I pushed through the rough bits and have wound up here and will continue further on in life

I think that thread was a rather passionate one to begin with. A lot of people here have strong feelings about their beliefs.

I really must say that I feel sorry for you Rex.

Your passion for your cause is clearly strong, but..I fear you will not get far with your quest to help the Pro-Wolf movement if you do not learn how to get along with other human beings.

We can never know everything, and we can't allways know that what we are told is correct, so we will always be ignorant to a certain extent.

People are ignorant. That is a fact of life. I am ignorant...Every world Leader that evel lived was ignorant...and Rex...you are ignarant too.


Rex Wolf; your personal ignarance seems to be in that you have not learned how to communicate effectively. People don't like to be insulted. If one goes about insulting people for every mistake they make, the insults will never end.

Patience and understanding is key. Like it or not, sometimes you have to bite your toungue and not speak the anger you feel when someone does or says something that makes you mad. If you want people to listen to what you have to say, you must first earn their trust and compassion.

Rex Wolf...if you are reading this, please take note of this:

If you have the REAL facts, and we are so terribly mis-informed, then how will we learn the Truth if you run and hide as soon as you realize that the rest of us have NOT done research on the subject fot the last 11 years?

We need informed people like you to correct us when we make a mistake.

These are not insults, they are statements of facts. WolvenOne is making false statements about wolves, and these false statements about wolves are why wolves are being killed.

When someone says something that you KNOW is false, the most effective way to correct that discrepency in the truth is to Politely point us in the right dirrection.

Sometimes you have to sugar-coat the truth to get your point across, as most people will simply ignore harsh comments, regardless of how true they may be. This version still states the truth that Wolven Ones statment was false, and therefore an untintentional Lie, and covers the fact that, even when well intentioned, sharing opinons that are not confirmed and stating them as "percieved fact", does more harm than good. This is a good thing to know, and a valuable life lesson that we should all learn.

...however, most of us are unlikely to heed your warning and learn anything because we are far too shocked by your complete lack of tact, patience and understanding to realise there was valuable infirmation burried in all of that cruel ranting.

I am dedicated to making sure people learn the truth about wolves, so whenever I can I will try to correct any distorted facts I read here on the forums. But please...make my job easier by making sure you research the facts before making any "educated guesses" about the subject, or passing on what your Uncle Larry told you the other day. Misinformation can easily lead to tragedy. I see it every day.

Please...don't run away and start "Hiding from Humans again" (as your profile says) becasue some of us are a little slow on the uptake, or have a hard time believing that the things others have told us are Lies, (Which I acknowlage that they ARE).

It is the ignorant people who turn a blind eye to the truth and don't want to beleive that Wolves really could go extinct who need your knowlage and facts the MOST.

I can understand that, and allready forgive you for your harsh, angry words before. I feel your pain.

...now please forgive us for being Human and give us another chance. We WILL screw up again and say more well intentioned but STUPID, and ultimately harmfull things about wolves, so we could really use such an informed person as yourself to guide us back to the truth again.

(It took us MONTHS to discredit the "false fact" someone once said about Canines getting drunk on Coconut. ...but we DID eventually reveal it as the lie it was. We DO care about the facts. Sometimes, though, it just takes a little time to "UN-LEARN" the lies we had allready learned.)

This.... is frustrating. I in no way shape or form had any intention of driving anybody off. Infact my only intention was to play a little bit of devils advocate and to defend myself when I was accused of being a mis-informed liar.

*Yes I know it may not be entirely appropriot to defend myself at this point, but I honestly did not intend any harm.*

I basically agree with what everyone else is saying.
It was just a small little argument, thats really no reason to leave the forum forever. Just need to be more polite about what you say to others, and be more patient. Shouldnt run away at the first signs of a stormy sea.
Hope you come back Rex; we are really not a bad bunch of ignorant humans at all.

It's sad Rex feels the need to leave, but I believe that just because someone posts "mis-information" doesn't mean they are out to kill the wolves. We're told things and we believe them (sometimes).

I know you didn't mean any harm WolvenOne. I think you were civil about how you put things and you "stood up", maybe "backed up" is a better term...anyways, for what you believed. You didn't disappear when someone tried to counter you. I would've done (and have done) the same.

It's sad one of our brethren decided to leave us, but I feel he outcasted himself I think he had good information, it was just presented in an over zealous and blunt manner. Sometimes bluntness can help, but I think it harms more often, especially when you're blunt with the beliefs of others as people tend to hold their beliefs very close to them.

I believe he mentioned in his intro post that he has a hard time relating to people. I can understand that; and from what I've read of his posts that he hasn't deleted, it sounds like he has a fine mind going for him. To find intelligence equal to passion in the same person is rare indeed.

I also think that if he feels he has to leave, then let him. A therapeutic back-off is sometimes necessary. He may or may not be reading any of this, but I get the feeling he'll be back, let's hope he does so with a little more communicative wisdom.

He's a crusader. Crusaders are fanatics. You can't reason with a fanatic.

This forum started out as a place to give our thoughts and ideas about "How a werewolf should be" in an upcoming movie. We have all kinds of people join in and each has thier own thoughts and beliefs about the werewolf. That was the intention of this forum.

But this forum grew to something more. We now use this place to show off our werewolf creativity. Its also a fun place to meet new people and joke around a bit. Some are role playing here.

When Rex Wolf joined, some of us welcomed him. We quickly learned his fondness for wolves. Thats great. I like wolves myself. I was willing to learn what he knows. What I don't understand is why he thinks we are misinformed about wolves. And that misinformation is leading wolves to thier deaths. HUH? Ok....I'm confused.


We agreed that profits from Pack merchandise will go to Wolf Park. Thats a big way to help the wolves survive. By giving to those that has the time to care for the wolves.

I admire his courage and will to help the wolf. He should "help us" to "help him" in his efforts by being a teacher.

Again this was a really silly minor disagreement. I mean, I was willing to make an exception under extrodinary circumstances, he wasn't, and that's really what it came down to. I don't think this had anything to do with anybody being right or wrong as much as it had to do with tempers flaring up.

So really, we shouldn't blame ourself for this one, these things just happen sometime. It's inevitable that when many people get together, there will be at least minor clashes. Hopefully someday that'll change but until then we really just have to bare through it, as sad as it may be.

Okay, I hope nobody minds that I said that.
