I know if you lift the arms (palms up) along with the shoulders means "I don't know"

Yeah, I'm not sure how it would look with just one frame. It would be a bit hard to tell if they were shrugging.

Well, it has to be animated then. You may have to lift the head a little higher from the shoulders so you can see it moving.

He's sapposed to have the green background, like the comercials, yet if you want to get rid of it you can always put a lighter color, such as a greay, as a border or outline around the wolf.
