What that i'm being a "paranoid jackass?" LOL
I suppose the comparisons of werewolf fans being llinked with furry fans...there's no avoiding it. It won't stop me from trying to sell Cl, or hanging out with furry friends...I just thought it was a pertinent addition to the discussion. No one is here to accuse anyone of that kind of behavior.

Well, I couldn't find anything else. I'm waiting for someone to change it with a more decent picture of the pack symbol (or, if they're unsure of how to do it, maybe send to to me.).WereDragon25 wrote:That is the coolest thing I have ever seen. The official symbol is too dark though. It took me about 5 minutes to realize there was even anything in the box. I wish I had thought of that though. 5 howl salute to SpongyPants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As Pariah mentioned in the 2nd post of this thread, many of us have already read the thread which was provided by Anthony for reviews and feedback. Thus, this paragraph is partially false.Wiki wrote:Despite the fact that they have not seen the script, The Pack continues to discuss Freeborn. Through the message board questions and discussions — some with a bit of fireworks — they are confident that Brownrigg is listening to them. He intends on making sure “The Pack” as an organization, gets an opening credit in the film.

Hmmm you know when I started this kind of thread defending furries and what not, and things got a little out of hand, that thread was locked down, or deleted and I believe it was mentioned that if a thread starts going furry again then in this vien it would also get closed. I think Figarou remembers that for sure, and I know Vuldari remembers it, but this one seems to keep going. Well have fun with it, you won't have to worry about me mentioning anything anymore as apparently my opinions were shunned upon. But I would like to say that this is a song and dance we've all heard. Let Matt have his damn opinion about the The Pack and you have your damn opinion about it, but if you don't like Matt's ideas? Don't listen to them. Is he telling you to take the mention of furry out of the description? No, he is suggesting it. Don't do it then. Simple as that.
Personally I'm tired of hearing this argument and even more tired of vocalizing my opinion and standing up for the idea of it. Having said that please just give it a rest now. Everyone has had their cup of tea so wash the dishes now.

I agree that this is not the thread to discuss furry fandom in. The subject was already dropped awhile ago.
Discussion was continued here.

Repacking
I've updated the text. For some reason, the Pack logo no longer appears, but I'll see if I can put it back.
Edit: OK, I've put it back, this time with citations on the images. Since Brownrigg previously expressed open use of content to generate publicity and since Goldenwolf established that the original Pack emoticon is similarly free with sufficient credit, I've annotated them accordingly.
I left the cleanup tag in place, though.
And, we still need an entry for Anthony Brownrigg. Any biographers up to the challenge?

Taking a Gestalt approach, since it's the "in" thing...

We appear to have been deleted. Appearantly we're "CSD A7", basically meaning that we're not significant enough to have an encyclopedic entry. The person who deleted the article appears to have been one of their moderators, not a fly-by-night vandal. I'm going to withhold protest at this time and let history remember this moment, hoping that some day it will be rather amusing.
