yeah i always thought that if a werewolf bite someone there would be some kind of either saliva virus thing or like a poison gland that infects a human when bitten or scratched bad enough.

or another theory is: like the poisoion gland is a methos for an easy kill on prey but for some reaason in some or all humans instead of killing it TF into a werewolf ....somehow

I don't think its a Virus. Jus it likes to be referred as one. I think is more is because of DNA.

yeah unless we can think of a derm for it all i can think of is virus or ....something along that, um would it be possible for a werewolf to transmit the um Gene if it was having sex? becouse wouldnt the DNA just get transmitted anyway just like Aids and stuff( besides the fatal bit)

I'd rather not like to think about werewolf-ism being an STD. Not all viruses are transmitted as easily as an STD.

But yah...It's a virus I would think. There's aren't many other ways to explain the DNA getting there unless we want to make it some sort of plasmid inside a bacteria (Such as...hahaha, this P-Glo Plasmid we used in a lab as a way of making E.Coli bacteria to glow green under UV light!), or the DNA is contained within a vector that naturally transmits from person to person. (Parasite is probably taking it a bit too away as then we can imagine it being some sort of tapeworm inside the body?:( ) Unless you take the "biotechnology" route, then it can get even more complicated. It's easier to say "virus" unless you've learned some sort of biology.
