Every year I go store hunting for new Werewolfy stuff!!! New toys or knick-knacks and I have aleady bought my WereWolf costumes and a spear, now all I need is a cloak or maybe I might buy those big bat wings I saw at the Halloween store called: Spirit: and make me a flying WereWolf thingy

Nah, but I have my thingy all setup and I'm going to be a Joker Wolf

an evil looking one too

and also I'm going to look for some more scary sound effects Cds which I get new ones almost every year and AAWWIL for DVD

There have been stories of kids who have been shot because a toy has been mistaken for a real gun.

To mention on the cruelity, scare people all you want, just don't really go for hurting people (such as shooting the mentioned paintball guns.), also, you can really hurt a small child if you freak them out. They run, trip, run, trip, and off to the darkness away from their parents. Little kids are not hard to scare, I invited Mel (6) to my room the other day with my mask on, as she opened the door I went 'Rawr!' and she screamed, ofcource luckily she was laughing the next minute. Yet some kids react in different ways.
Just make sure to have some compassion when you're scaring.
And don't make Halloween a night for illegal mischeif. I don't care how fun it may sound to streal the nieghbor's black cat, (though if I at all hear anything that people were out hurting animals on that night, you know whos going to be there to tear them limb from limb right?), maybe scare that little kid and take his candy, TP that loser's house, or shoot someone with an airsoft gun. Now, a good way to scare is pretend you're going to shoot someone, though pretending to be a sniper on the street as all these people are outside at night would be a little too much. Infact, you may get in trouble.

Same here! Though I love to snag all kinds of halloween things such as Zombie stuff! Apparently I didn't see much werewolf stuff at Halloween express this year, though I may chec out the Spirit store or a different Halloween express. Yet as I said, I raid the places after halloween alot, get everything on sale!
vrikasatma - Sounds like you'll be having fun!
I don't honestly know, I'm heading off to Salemn, Mass. around the 15th 'cause they get really into halloween, maybe I'll find me a werewolf mask for wearing on Halloween.
I'm jelous! Have fun!
Oh yeah and..*kicks losers who arn't doing anything good for halloween.*

Why would I want to hurt a small child? I'm talking about the 13-14 yr olds. I've done it before but most of the time I've been giving out candy and playing GTA for halloween. I will also look for movies on TV.

Heh. I will, as I know theres a
awesome fudge shop there. Mmm...fudge.
Anywho; On the topic of tricker-treating, I once went to a house where a guy sat on the lawn dressed as (IIRC) a Werewolf (though it may have been something esle), and he sat perfectly still. He looked like the other decorations.
After we went to the door and got our candy, the guy jumps up with a "RAWR!" and scares the ever living s*** out of everyone.

My mom would beat me if I went trick-or-treating. I'm either hanging out with my friends and causing mischief or I'll cause mayhem at my house with my werewolf mask. I'll listen to some Ozzy, Alice Cooper, and Type O Negative, and I try to watch Rocky Horror and maybe The Howling and some other shows.

Doesn't mean you can't sneak a portable DVD player in with you and a couple of horror DVDs and of course the Nightmare before Christmas.

I've seen cutouts of big ferocious fangs on semi grilles, imagine seeing something like that coming up in your rear view mirror!!
I just took a spin around my local Fred Meyers on a Hallowe'en candy shopping expedition. They're having a sale, buy two bags of candy for $3. Some of the stuff coming out this year is flat-out cool, they have a candy dish with an animatronic raven perched on a gravestone that flaps its wings and moves its head. Motion sensor. Very cool but I have an excellent trick-or-treat dish already.
I decided to costume as Ap-Uautu, one of the three Wolf Gods of Lycopolis (ancient Egypt). He was the Warrior aspect. I also picked up one of those faux flaming cauldrons, I'm thinking of having the kids reach past that into the candy dish — give them some kind of "if you want your treat, Those Who've Passed demand a test of you" rite-of-passage type thing. Make it interactive and give them something spooky to tell their friends about the next day
H'mm...maybe I can pick up a gong or deep-toned bell and a fog machine...the price on those keeps coming down... [contemplating a trip to Spirit tonight]
