Just a random thought here. Two movies that you were probably planning on skipping but surprisingly don't suck:
1. TMNT: Random-a** sequel to a franchise most people stopped caring about in 1993. Yeah, there's a new animated series, but who cares at this point? Anyway, the movie's pretty entertaining, has great animation, but was a little too cartoony-lookin'. CG Splinter looks like crap, though. They never improved on that 2nd movie puppet. That thing was awesome, almost real-looking, great animatronics. Hell, it could even do a crapload of facial expressions... I don't even think real rats can do that, holy crap, that thing surpassed reality. Anyway, yeah, check it out if you're bored.
FUN FACT: This movie is #1 at the box office this weekend. How the hell did that happen?
2. Dead Silence: From the creator of the crapfest that was Saw, which had a great concept with bad execution, comes this rather decent film with a terrible concept and good execution. Great cinematography, good but sometimes ridiculous script which kind of comes together to seem slightly less ridiculous at the end. My main problem is that it relied on "BOO!" scares. Hell, half of them would have been awesome if they hadn't put a sound effect with it. One example is when the main character is in the house of the bad guy, and looks down at a book. This crazy ghost suddenly walks by in the mirror. Had it just been an image, it would have awesome, kinda like the random face in The Exorcist. Unfortunately, they added a "Whoosh!" sound to go with it. Now what the hell is that? And that's not the only thing, they add a sound effect to pretty much anything that should be scary but is overall cheapened by some loud "Bang!" or "Whoosh!" or "EEK!". Anyway, entertaining movie, check it out if you're bored.
FUN FACT: Ventriloquist dummies of seemingly no importance to the non-horror viewing eye are a valid form of evidence in a murder case.

Hm? Oh, nothing, just that it would most likely be frowned upon if I linked to that particular page.
By the way, in case I didn't make it obvious (I have a habit of that), I was just joking.

Vista does suck. It's a pitiful attempt by Microsoft to mimic Mac OS X. Stay with XP, it's the beeeest.
(Mac isnt that bad, i guess, the only downside is the lack of software support by 3rd party members...and the funny-looking UI)

My mate is a big Mac lover. Mac people are like Jeep people. Its like some unspoken cult. When you see someone with a Mac/Jeep you just have to go over and talk about how wonderful it is.

Once I save up enough money to build a new computer, I am going to upgrade to vista. Right now I am thinking at least a dual core procesoor or possible a quad core if I get enough money and a dx10 graphics card is a must.
