Paint Shop Pro doesn't seem to allow me to do this. I tried opening it up, and it only gave me the first frame. And it informed me, rather unpolitely, that it wasn't planning on giving me the other frames. Oh well.

I have PSP 8, so it seems like it would have worked.

"Paint shop pro" should come with "Animation shop" You need to open it in that program.
