If I can recall correctly, I think it's something like Anime 15 (meaning 15 years old and up). I'm assuming you're at least as old as that. All animes have an overdose of boobs, though this one isn't as bad.

Well, I didn't buy it for the story. I simply bought it for the TFs (same thing with "La Blue Girl"). I don't know what "neko" means, but it's not really a "hentai," per se (like "La Blue Girl").
